If you have had problems reaching representatives from Unemployment Compensation (UC), you can submit a complaint using this site.

When you press Continue, we will ask you about yourself and the problems you have experienced with the UC system. Based on the information you tell us, we will give you tips that may help you successfully reach UC representatives and receive benefits.

We will use the information from this complaint system to prepare a report to the Department of Labor and Industry (which operates Pennsylvania’s UC system) about the problems that claimants are having.

This site is operated by Philadelphia Legal Assistance, a non-profit legal services organization that provides free legal assistance to UC claimants in Philadelphia and also helps with other legal problems.
